Ron has been a leadership coach for high school, college, and professional athletes. He counsels them in character and life skill development.
For the past twenty years, Ron has helped many young people rise above a myriad of challenges to realize their potential.
Through motivational speaking and leadership training, Ron also inspires all kinds of people to reach peak performance in their careers and personal lives.

Responsible for training implementation focused on leadership, team building, public speaking, execute/corporate training, school assemblies, teacher in-services, and youth leadership conferences
National Disaster Relief Director at Worldwide Evangelism
(2011 – Present)
Manage large-scale national and global disaster relief projects including Joplin, MO tornado (2011) and teamed with Extreme Makeover Home Edition to help rebuild Joplin.
National Parent Director at Children First America (2000 – 2004)
Represented the organization as the national spokesperson on educational reform issues, organizing and leading national forums and conferences, recruiting community, civic, clergy and business leaders.
Men’s Campus Director and School Outreach Director at Arkansas Athletes Outreach (AAO) (1993 – 2000)
Oversaw program for spiritual development and discipleship of all male athletes at the University of Arkansas. Developed and executed innovative multi-school district projects called “Champions of Character” that reached 5,000 multi-cultural school-aged children per month.
